Join me for a jam packed day of Hypnobirthing Essentials. I will be sharing all the important parts of Hypnobirthing with you and your birth team, through activities and conversations. You will walk away feeling more prepared, more empowered and ready to begin your Hypnobirthing journey. You will be given a Hypnobirthing workbook to work through at home, to help support and guide you through your home practice. It's time to invest in you, and your birth, and what better way to start than joining me for this super fun and imformative session.. No matter what stage you are at in your pregnancy - everyone is welcome!
